What You’ll Do
- Book and manage incoming customer calls with professionalism and accuracy
- Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction with services provided
- Build strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service and support
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, needs, requests, and follow-up tasks
- Handle and de-escalate customer complaints in a calm, solution-focused manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth scheduling and quality service delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Highly motivated, driven, and eager to learn
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and a team-player mindset
- Prior HVAC or call center experience is a plus—but not required
